I just returned from two days working in Arkansas County. In fact, I obtained a phot of a "Roy Rasco" as a pre-teen. However, this Roy Rasco was a first cousin of my father and grew up in DeWitt in the 1920's. Could the Roy Rasco that married a McGraw in the 1880's have been his father? I would be happy to share info with you.
