Surely this guy belongs to someone. He was a doctor in either Arkansas or Pulaski County AR. He married Mary Frances Lindsey sometime after 1893. Where? When?

2 Rezin W. Hill b. 30 Sep 1898 d. 1919 or 1920
3 Margaret Hill b. 17 Mar 1901 d. 12 Dec 1992 in Stuttgart, AR
4 Douglas Hill b. 10 Feb 1904 d. October 1978 in Stuttgart, AR
5 Robert Hill b. 14 Sep 1906 d. 28 Oct 1971 died in CA - I need to know if he's buried in AR
6 Norah Hill no info other than she married & moved to TX
7 Sam Hill not his actual first name; supposedly legally changed it to Sam
All of them were born in Stuttgart, Arkansas Co, AR.
I would dearly love any information on Francis, Rezin, Norah, and "Sam" Hill.
I know most of them never married; Norah had no children.
