Unfortunately I believe my line of the family come originally from Kent via Hampshire(Fareham area).

I live just outside of Wigan and have recently worked in Orrell (H. J. Heinz baked beans factory :-) )

Have recently started researching my family line and expect at some point that I will likely be searching the Wigan archives for my brother in laws research of his family so will bear in mind your query whilst there with him.

If I see anything that may be a match I'll be sure to post.
