Pamela,

Yes it definately sounds interesting. William is the earliest ancestor that I have been able to trace to. I have no record of any brothers or sisters, but find it hard to believe that there were none. Large families were a sign of those times. I am having a family reunion at my home this month and have three of my aunts that are in their 70's that may recognize some of the names in your line. I find it hard to conceive that there is no connection in light of the fact that the names are all so darned close. Those folks had reason to name their children as they did back then. They usually named them after someone in the family and the eldest commonly named for his father. I'll do a little more research to see if I can link your names and get back with you. Thanks for your response, it's been quite a while since I've had anything to feel positive about with my Applegarth line.
