Dearest Family,
Hi, My name's Joe Applegarth and I live in Enon, Ohio. I've had some success in finding info on relatives on my other ancesery names, so I thought I'd give this a try. To start with, my father was Robert (Joe) Lee Applegarth, he was born in 1926 in Fairpoint, Ohio.
His parents were Roy Edward (1892-1970) and Lelia Bell Leasure (1892-1970), they had 6 sons and a daughter along with my dad.
Grandpa's parents were David James (1871-1951) and Lillie May Rufer ((1871-1940), and they had 10 others to keep grandpa company.
David James was born of John (1835 - ????) and Mary Jane Rufer (1840-1911) they had only one other (I'm sure there had to have been more), Rosalee Applegarth Mussard.
The earliest descendent that I know of is William Applegarth (circa 1810), his wife was (Unknown) Heatherington.
