I can't help with the diary, but maybe you can verify a few facts for me. Is that Daniel Curtlett Appleby, b. 1/17/1840, d. 2/5/1905, F. John Appleby, M. Priscilla Montague? If so, I'd like to verify birthplace, etc. and any info you have on ancestors. I have record of four brothers (Thomas A., John Scott, James McGinnis, and George Sharrer) with some birth and death dates.
