Peggy, Sorry for the delay in replying. Our Applebys probably aren't linked. All I really know of the name Appleby(bee) is that my gggg grandmother married a man named Appleby ca 1793/94 in NY and had 2 children, Betty and Nathanial, before marrying Jonathan Weston in 1797. I'd like to confirm Polly's maiden name as NASH..Jon and Polly Weston and Nathanial Appleby are buried in Maryland, Otsego Co., NY. Good luck with your search. Pat Miller
