Hi,
My name is Mandy Stalvey. My great grandmother is Vannie Tarrer Lockwood. She is Joseph & Isabel's niece.
I am trying to find out more about the family. I don't know very much on my grandddaddy's family & his mother was a Tarrer before she married. I know her mother was Anna Ella Thompson Tarrer. Her parents were Joseph S. Tarrer & Mary Jane Allen Tarrer. I know Anna never married & I got information that there was no father on my great grandmother's death certficate. She was born in Ideal in 1883 & she moved to Moultrie,Ga in 1931 & died there in April of 1969. I would really like to know more on her family. I have seen Joseph Tarrer (Isabel's husband) obit & it mentioned Mrs. W.S. Lockwood as his niece. That is my great grandmother.
Any information you have would be very helpful to me.
