Last year I corresponded with a Ryan Apperson who was looking for info on this company. Unfortunately, neither of his email addresses currently work.
Whilst searching for 19th c. factory info I found High Ridge Books which sells various old industrial brochures. They have:

First post-war offering of this pioneer auto maker. The catalogue is illustrated with fine artistic renderings of the new models. Also has material on the Apperson Family. $150.00
