The book "Records of the Antrim Family of America" written by Harriet Stockton Antrim is available from Higginson Book Company in Salem, Massachusetts. Though it is out of print, they can provide you with a copy in paper back.
It took me about two months to get my copy.
They can be contacted at 'higginsn@cov.com'. At least that was their address. Worth a try if you want the book.
