Dear Margaret,
Got your reply 5/26/99. Thank you so much for responding. The information
I have, as I told you, was research done by Mignon Ann PEREZ PARLIMAN.
Mignon was the daughter of Anna Clark ANTHONY and Eloy PEREZ. According
to her documents she listed her Grandmother Anna Deas CLARK and Dr. John
Micaga ANTHONY as having seven children: 1.) Sheldon John -b.6/29/1865;
2.) William Rodman -b.1867;3.)Anna Walkley -b. 1869; 4.) Isabella Deas
-b.1870; 5.) Anna Clark -b.1/26/1873--d.3/24/1935;6.) Lily Monroe -b.
1875; 7.) Henry Clark -b. 4/5/1878.The Photo that I mentioned to you
was, I believe, Henry Clark and according to the back of the photo he
would have been 34 years old at the time of the picture. The date was
March 8, 1912 and a message was written by "Sister Anna" to "Mrs E. E.
Lee"; this would be Anna Deas CLARK ANTHONY to her Sister who would have
been Emily Elizabeth CLARK LEE ( her husband was: Richard H. LEE). I
will attempt to send you a copy of this as an attachment: it will be
labeled "hanthony.jpg", all you will have to do is double click on the
attachment area.
The person you wrote who was Roy PEREZ was Anna CLARK ANTHONY PEREZ's
son, Ira Leroy who was married to Maud BRONSON: their children were:
Anna Elizabeth -b.9/25/1916, Leroy Jr -4/16/1914., Eloy Henry "Buckey"
-b. 10/27/1924 (Buckey was born the same year as my mother Marion Viola
PEREZ, daughter of Clark Dwight PEREZ).
There were six (6) children born to Anna C. and Eloy PEREZ: 1.) Daisy
Felicia -b.7/2/1891;2.) Eloy Henry -b.2/17/1893---d.9/27/1893;3.)
Ira Leroy -b.9/27/1894;4.) Elmer -b.11/18/1896;5.) Mignon Ann
-b.10/31/1899; 6.) Clark Dwight -b.7/11/1902--d. 2/20/1973 (this is my
grandfather) married-11/29/1922 to Sadie Viola FLOYD -b.1/05/1907 they
had one child, my mother, Marion Viola -b.2/7/1924.The person you
inquired about as Dorthy was the daughter of Elmer (#4 ) andand his
wife Ethel DRIGGERS her complete name was Dorthy Mae -b.10/8/1921.
Mother told me that she knew nothing about the berson Isabella Deas, and
there is no date of death on the paperwork that Mignon had sent. Do you
know anything about Eloy PEREZ, all I have is little bits and pieces of
information that has been told by my grandmother, Sadie, and her sister
Louise. He came to the United States from Cuba and had a cigar store in
Jacksonville, FL. Mother said that she was only about 4 years old the
last time she saw him, she said that was just before he died, and she
was too young to remember anything.(Sent Photo of Henry Anthony to your e-mail address on 5/26/99
Sincerely, Linda McLinn
