Claude! Thank you...you have made my day!! I've had 3 different scenarios for who were the parents of my 5th great-grandfather, Pierre Antaya dit Pelletier. (This is the "Pierre" m. to Catherine, the Fox Indian.) You have confirmed that the Pierre and his wife Francoise Parent were indeed my 5th great-grandfather's parents. Thank you for solving my uncertainty. I am related to this Pelletier family line 2 different ways because Pierre's daughter, Francoise, was also one of my 4th great grandmothers! How? Francoise's grandson, Theodore Lupient married her father's (Pierre) granddaughter, Magdeleine Prevot! To put it other ways: One sister's grandson m. her sister's daughter OR it's correct to say 1st cousins "once removed" were married. I had previously considered contacting you as I am aware of the Pelletier Family Association & have "surfed" the Pelletier Web Site. I had read there was a "genealogist" for the Assoc. I do have one other question and don't know how else to contact you except through this site. What do the "BE15003" designations mean? It appears that each male has been given a number as a form of identification. Does it relate to information in some form of written record in the Pelletier Family Association? (I am also related through another Pelletier family line - I am a descendant of Louise Pelletier, daughter of Nicolas Pelletier.)
