Richard de Anstye fl.1145

This is the earliest Ansty I've seen in English records. Does anyone know if he was the holder of Anstye in Cuckfield, Sussex, an ancient manor house that is now a historical trust? He seems to have Sussex links because his mother was a Sackville. He followed the king around the country, 1145 to 1153, suing to be declared heir of his uncle William de Sakvyle, and finally succeeded.
