Hello Arva,

Yvonne and I have the same information. Here is what is listed in the 1850 Census for Peter:

1850 Census, Adams Township, Decatur County, Indiana: (Have Copy)

Peter Auspach, 31, M, Blacksmith, 700, Ohio
Anne, 33, F, New Jersey
Susan, 11, F, Indiana
America, 9, F, Indiana
Lucretia, 4, F, Indiana
George Lanning, 10, M, Indiana (They must have been caring for this child Probably Annes brother.)
George Thomas, 18, M, Ohio (Must have been a neighbors child they were taking care of.)

Other notes I have are:
Peter & brother Michael were members of Masonic Lodge Number 204 in Flora, Illinois. In 1858 Michael was the Junior Steward and Peter was Junior Deacon. Peter left for the California gold fields sometime in 1858 or early 1859.

Anyways. I dont have very much on Peter & Sarah other than what you have just posted here on the forum. I do have Peters parents and siblings as does Yvonne. Most of what I have is from her and a few other sources. Glad to share what I have.
