Hi--

Hugh suggested I try this Forum so I am. anyone know anything about Michael AINSLIE of Quebec--he was in the War of 1812 with the Voltigeurs Unit. I think he also had a brother with him at that time named Louis. Trying to connect who his parents are. He married a Marie BOLDUC at the Holy Trinity Anglican Cathedral in Quebec City--1785. The name of HODGETS appears in the marriage record but not sure why. I've not been successful in connecting the dots.

The family eventually moved from St. Henry to Beauce County.

Thank you for your help.

Carol Ann
