Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
My family's business, Annesley & Co., did business in Albany until the mid forties, when my father, William Ronan Boylan, closed it.
It was the first steam plated mirror works in the US, and was an art gallery in later years.
My grandfather, Ambrose J. Boylan, who married Catherine Cahill, operated the business in the early 20th century. I am trying to figure out if the Annesleys are relatives, and, if not, how the Boylans came to own the business.
