Yes. I am descended from Michael May, born about 1796 in Somerset Co, married Christina Parker, b 1792, lived in Fayette County for many years and had numerous descendants. Their son John May married Margaret Nicolay (Nicola) daughter of John and Mary (Ansell) Nicola of Somerset. One source I have gives Michael's father as Jacob, another older source as Michael.
