ANNAN Janet -Scotland 1840-1850

I am searching for any information about my Gr.Gr’mother JANET ANNAN. The only information I have is:- MarriageCert.7/12/1876 Manchester. Married Daniel Matthias Killip. Father was JAMES ANNAN (mechanic). 1881Census Manchester - age36 - born SCT- 2 sons. DeathCert-20/2/1891- Union Workhouse,Withington,Manchester- aged 43years.
We know from hand-written letters by a wealthy lady in Didsbury, Manchester- MRS JANET BEITH, that Janet Annan’s family were ”very well-to-do” and that they disowned her when she married my Gr Gr’father. Mrs Beith be-friended Janet (Annan) - both Scottish (?) and upon Janet‘s admission to the workhouse and subsequent death due to my Gr Grandfather’s cruel abuse, she looked after the interests of Janet’s two children, the younger being my Gr’father.
I wonder if the 1851 Census ( indexed areas) would show the ANNAN FAMILY - Janet would be about 3 - 5 years old. I would be very grateful if some kind souls with access to them could check them through” Thank you.
