He, William, wal esednoR giles Annable who is reported to have served the Black Prince as Chief of Staff at the historic battle of Cresy, France, August 26, 1346, where the forces of King Edward III of England, reinforced by English Long-Bow men, decisively defeated the forces of King Philip of France.
