Yes, this John is my ancestor. He had a brother Isaac and sister Nancy-their parents were William and Jane Anglin. But I thought they lived in Albemarle Co.Va. then Harrison Co. and maybe Buckingham Co. and possibly Randolph Co.Va. At least that is where I;ve placed my John born in 1759 in Albemarle Co.Before Buckingham Co. was formed in 1761-then possibly Randolph Co.Va. John had 856 acres of land sold for Taxes in 1805 to the Bennett Bros. My John was living in Greenbrier Co.Va. in early 1780's. Then Sullivan Co. Tn. before it became a state in 1796. He moved to Lee Co.Va. in 1796 where he died in 1814. His son Elisha was my ggrandfather. He finally died in Texas in 1784.
