Hi Mark. I've been told through older family members that Land Grants were given to both Issac and William Anglin, from their service in the Revolutionary War, as part of the Virginia Line. The land is now in Green County, TN, but at that time was North Carolina. You may try Green County. According to the family- William Anglin had Issac, Isaac Had Rev James, Rev James had Red Headed Steve, Red Headed Steve had James Joel, and James Joel had Jimmy Joel, my g grandfather. Documentation to validate this is still pending. Do you have info on these folks I mentioned? I know more fun tidbits of info if your interested and would like to swap some Anglin stuff- E-mail me. Donna
