I believe your william and lavinia are william jr., and Lovey Maddox. William jr was the son of william sr 3rd son of james anglin born 1715. The reason i believe this is that william jr and his two brothers migrated to pike and barbour counties in alabama from ga, around 1820 or so. It could have been sooner.
