I have tried to verify some of my information. The Angle family lived near the Salt River in Pike County at one time. They also owned an island named Angle Island just north of Louisiana, Mo. It lies between Pike Co. Il. and Pike Co. Mo. I have been trying to find any relatives still around there. There are no Angles left but dad said that some moved to the Illinois side.
