All I know, James, about your particular branch is what is in Clyde Angevine's 1977 book. He would probably appreciate further information about Sally Ann and her descendants if you have it. He says she is "very likely the same Susannah who married Nathaniel Lewis the first Sunday in June 1809 in NYC." He doesn't have anything about their children but has a birth date for Susannah closer to Nathaniel's (10 Sep. 1785). Was your date of 1765 just a typo?
