Dear Narelle,
Isaac and Ann's children are as follows: William b. 29.8.1783/4, Esther b. 9.12.1785, Ruth b. 25.1.1788, Hannah b. 5.7.1789, Jane b. 16.4.1792, George b. 18.6.1794, Eliza b. 31.7.1797, Ambrose b. 23.3.1799, James b. 7.9.1801 d. May 1802, Betty b. 5.5.1803 and Ann b.22.4.1805.
I have also found another Isaac who did in fact have a son Thomas - this Isaac married a Rosina/Rosanna Marchent at St. James, Trowbridge on 6.2.1793 and they appear to have had two children, Thomas b. 22.7.1804 and Hephizibah (female) b. 3.5.1827. Both children born at Trowbridge which is quite close to Calne.
