I am just completing a thesis (MA History, Boise State University) on Dr. Emma Angell Drake, physician, author, educator,WCTU activist, purity lecturer, and Idaho legislator. Her father was Silas Angell; her mother's maiden name was Deborah Piper; her husband was the Reverend Dr. Ellis Drake. She was born in Angellville, in Clinton Co, NY in 1849. I am curious to know if anyone out there has any information about her I've overlooked.
