Bad news Kelvin - the Angell millions were left to anyone descended in the male line from William Angell who died in 1629 - if you are descended from Patience then even if there is a connection you would not qualify. There is no connection with the Duke of Westminster - the part of the estate in the London area was mainly around the Brixton area. The bulk of the money came from the rights the family owned at Spurn head at the mouth of the Humber river - they built a lighthouse and got money off every ship which passed.

One member of the Angell clan may well have ended up in North Devon (Hatherleigh) so some of his descendants could well have ended up next door in Somerset.
