My daughter has an Angel line that is from NC. As
I recall she has a Thomas Angel and a George Angel,
one of which married a Elizabeth Turnham in IL. and
was a neighbor to Abraham Lincolns father and mother.
She would appreciate any help she can get on this.
She lives in Tacoma Washington and her email address
is morning@netamerica.com Her name is Debbie Patrick.
The Angel line is her direct line as her fathers birth
name was Ronald Eugene Angel b. 9 Nov 1937 in Los Angeles,
California. He was adopted by an aunt and his name
changed to Ronald Sherman Carter. His father was
Eugene Weston Angel and his mother was Sybil Katherine
MacCorkell. Eugene's father was Arthur Weston Angel
and his mother was Edith Adele Poyer (I think). This
is off the top of my head.
