Through an funeral visitors book I learned that my GGM "Ellen" was daughter of Eli Ward Angel husband of Elizabeth Ward.
Ellen had a brother living John from Texas(around the Fort Worth area) and a Sister Mrs. Julia Prater. Ellen was married Twice first to last name Norman she was widowed then she married William Smith Winter.
According to information I have been able to obtain, Eli was son to James "Jimmy" Angel who died at the mouth of Richland Creek, Searcy County, Arkansas with his eldest son William Gilbert on 18 Mar. 1862. I would appreciate any information anyone could share
