I have recently gathered information on some Angells/Angels in Michigan. Found several persons' names spelled both ways in the 1800s Newaygo County records. Would appreciate any information anyone has regarding any of the following. I have a file if anyone needs more thorough info. Are any of the following one of the 3 Angell brothers who came to MI circa 1835 from one of the New England states or a relativeof theirs? Please help!! The basics are: John Angell(1786-1865) mar Nancy Foot(1781- ?), sons George(1815-56), John, Jr.(1808-1865) mar May Young; Henry S. Angell(1835-1903) mar Ellen Button(1834NY-1896), son Adelbert(1862NY-1896); George W. Angell(1858MI-1927) mar Nellie Mudget(1860-1920); Richard S. Angell(1867 NY-?) mar Phoebe L. Dickinson(1864NY-?), dau Carrie Bell(1905-1905); Horatio P. Angel(1832-?); Nathan P. Angell(1847OH- ?) mar Delia S. Hatsinger[Dodge](1858NY-?); his bro?cousin? Jacob B. Angell(1853-?) mar Anna May Horton(1866-?); Nichols Brower(1833Can-?) mar Louisa Angell(1846Can-?).
