Looking for Charles Angell

I'm looking for a Charles Angell...all I know is he would have been in the Homestead, Florida area in the late 1930s or early 1940s. He went away to World War II.

This is all I know of him. He would be quite elderly by now, if he is still alive. I want to find him...he's my grandfather and he doesn't even know about me or his grandson.
