I am looking for the father of Ruluf Andress. Family research has come up with the following. He was born 12 Mar 1773 in Hartford, Hartford, CT. He died 29 June 1849 in Henrietta, Lorain, OH. He married Azuba Smith abt 1794 in Burmingham, Richland, OH. Research indicates that Sybel ANDREWS is his mother. She is the daughter of Amos ANDREWS and Content MORGAN. The father is of Ruluf is unknown. Extensive research has been performed by other ANDRUS descendants of Ruluf and his son Milo ANDRUS b 1814 in Jay, Essex Co. NY.
I noticed that Cornelia Andrus is looking for information on a Jacob ANDRUS who has a child named Content. I am wondering if this family could be a descendant of Amos ANDREWS and Content MORGAN?
