I am interested in this Daniel Andrus. I have a Daniel Andrus, born 1796 in Shaftsbury, Bennington County, VT, who was the son of John Andrus and Amy Coy, and grandson of Isaac Andrus and Freelove Oatman.

Daniel had siblings: John who m. Mary Stewart; Amy who m. Orin Goodrich; Mahala who at age 23; Ruth who m. William? Turner; Elon, "of Delavan, WI, who m. Helen Rose of Poultney, VT; Linus or Lineus, who m. Rachel Broughton; Truman of Perry, NY, who m. Mary Goddard; David, b. 1799; and Polly, who m. Stephen Hawkins.

Are we talking about the same Daniel?
