DAVID ANDRUS, son of David and Mary Andrus, was born in Shaftsbury, VT, in 1825, and removed to western New York with his parents in 1834 and located in Castile, NY. He spent several years in Virginia and California, and returned to Castile in 1863. From Castile he removed to Perry, Wyoming Co., NY, in 1865. He was married in 1854 to Miss HARRIET A. PALMER, daughter of Alton and Harriet Palmer, who died in 1865. In 1866 he married her sister, MARTHA JANE PALMER.
