Terrell, Ezekiel, John and Howell Andrews were the sons of Thomas Andrews b. abt 1740 Va; d. 1783 Lancaster Co. SC; and wife Mary, b. abt 1745.
Terrell Andrews and Mary Wright are my ggg-grandparents. Mary is the daughter of Joseph Wright and Mary.
Also living in Monroe County, Miss. in 1850, were Terrell's daughter, Mary Andrews Hall and her husband, Ezekiel A. Hall. The are my gg-grandparents.
Mary Hall, b. abt 1814 SC; d. in 1860's Calhoun[Benton]Co,Ala.; m. Jan 10, 1847 Benton/Calhoun Co., Ala to Ezekiel A.[believed to be Adler] Hall, b. 1830 SC. Family has it that he died during the Civil War, he was also a Baptist Preacher; but I found him on the 1880 Census, Cherokee Co Ala. Ezekiel and Mary are listed 224-235:
Ezekiel Hall, 24 b. SC
Mary Hall, 36 b. SC
David Hall, 2 b. Ala
James Hall, 1 b. Ala. [this is my great grandfather].
Mary Slimson 78 b. Mass. pauper.
Ezekiel and Mary were back in Calhoun County by 1858, as Ezekiel is listed as a witness to a will that year. I haven't found out when or where he died.
I have the index to the Benton/Calhoun Co Ala for the 1850 census, plus mortality schedule (abstract).

Listed on the 1850 mortality schedule is :
Andrews, Tarel age 82 [1768] male, widow b. Va.;d. Sept.
Andrews, Jasper, age 12 [1838] male b. Ala; d. June 1850.
Andrews, William J., age 10 [1840] male, b. Ala; d. June.
Howell, A.W., age 16 [1834] male b. Ga; d. March.
Howell, Jno. age 2 [1848] male b. Ala; d. August.

Heads of house index 1850 Benton Co Ala:
Andrews, Allen 413
Jesse 354, 369
Teril 417
Howell, David T. 393
Elias 417
Elizabeth 401
John 274, 297
L.M. 308
L.P. 402
W. 273

I believe the Tarel age 82 in mortality schedule is my ggg-grandfather. It states that he was a widow, so that is my only question on if it is him or not; I have been told that his wife Mary went to live with Ezekiel and Mary and died in the mid-1860's in Calhoun Co. Ala. But the age for him is in the ball park of what he was, and that kind of info would have been furnished by surviving family. I have learned to take death info with a grain of salt, same as the census; it just give you about when.
I was told also that David Andrews helped start a church in Monroe Co. Miss.
My great grandfather, James Asbury Hall married Martha Ann Malinda Vanilla Permelia Canant John Chandler in Cherokee Co. Ala. in 1882. They later moved to DeKalb Co. Ala, and farmed there until he died. They found him in one of his fields dead at age 75 yrs. 7 mos, 11 days, in Apr 6, 1925. He was buried in Warren Cemetery Apr 7th. James and Martha had 11 children, but I can't account for one. They had one son and a set of triplets that died at birth and six that survived.
Their daughter, Lena Estella Hall married Worth Riley Garrett in Cherokee County, Ala. They are my grandparents.
