I am looking for info on Wilhelm Antes who arrived Philadelphia 12 October 1741 on ship FRIENDSHIP along with my Peter Dorney/Thuny/Turney.
Wilhelm Antes/Andes was listed as age 28 in 1741 so would make birth ca 1713. He bought 247 acres in Frederick County Maryland in 1766. I found naturalization of a Peter Andre in 1765 Maryland.
The Turney family connected early to Bahr/Barr, Balsel, and perhaps a Swartz family.
I want to know if any of these Andes went to North Carolina with John Turney, or ended up in Shenandoah Valley of VA with Peter Turney. Some of the Bahr/Barr went to VA, while some stayed in PA....as did some of the Turneys.
Just want to compare notes on this Andes group who knew my Turneys.
