I am researching Elizabeth Andres b. 4/7/1838 in Deidesheim, Rheinland Pfalz, Bavaria, d. 4/13/1919 in Waterloo, IL. She married Adam Mentel 12/10/1862 in Waterloo, IL. Her death certificate lists her father as ? Andres born in Germany and her mother as Margaret Hessert born in Germany. She emmigtated c. 1850. Would any of this tie into your Andres? Any information or background on the Andres or Hessert surnames would be appreciated.
