Maurice Andre, my ggg grandfather, came to America about 1850 with his wife, a son and grandchildren. They came from Haute-Savoie in France. It appears likely that your immigrant ancestor, Pierre Francois Andre, may have been the uncle of Maurice. I have been researching the Andres' ancestors and would be happy to share data. Louise
