Hi!

I am looking for further details on the ELLIOT family of Kilkhampton.

Elizabeth ELLIOT, (b. abt. 1715 and m. Robert YEO in Kilkhampton, Cornwall on October 11, 1741) was the daughter of James and Elizabeth ELLIOT. I have no idea what Elizabeth’s maiden name was, but it looks like James was b. abt. 1689 in Kilkhampton where he also died in January 1723/24.

Further, it appears that James was the son of James Elliot, b. abt. 1656 in Kilkhampton, and Elizabeth Anderton, who were married on February 2, 1682/83. I have no further information about the Anderton family.

Listed as James’s parents are Bernard Eliot and Mary. I have no further information on either one of them.

If anyone has any further information on the ELIOT/ELLIOT and/or ANDERTON families, or any of the individuals mentioned above, please get in touch!
