Alexander MACOMBER b.13 February,1788 Dartmouth Twp.Bristol Co., Mass. m Esther ANDERSON, Nov. 1810 Washington Co.,PA Esther b. November 1786 Dartmouth Twp. Bristol Co., Mass. Two Children listed in family Bible, possibly Esther's by previous marriage, Maria RICHMOND b.Feb. 1805; Ann RICHMOND b. 1807. Alex and Esther had 12 kids on their own in Gallia Co., Ohio. Trying to find Esther's ancestry. For years we went under assumption that her name was RINDERSON, but it is plain on death certificate and Bible as ANDERSON. I think RINDERSON was a slurring of ANDERSON verbally or a miss-reading of handwriting in a written record. Alex was son of Constant and Mary Earle HICKS. Constant is a D.A.R. and Mayflower line.
Esther would have been 17 years six months at Maria's birth.
These children may have been adopted, a brother/sister's kids, or illegimate. I need help with this!
