Rollie, when Henry Fuller attempted to verify William C Anderson's claim that he was Bloody Bill, he used the best resources that he had in 1924, photos and letters. He declared in at least one letter "There is a mystery somewhere. Let's unravel it"
If he had access to the same records and documents that we have today, he would have unraveled the mystery in 1924.
