Thank you, Rollie. This certainly settles the question of whether Jane Scruggs Anderson was the mother of William C Anderson of MO and Brown Co TX, or the mother of Bloody Bill Anderson of MO and KS.
It is possible it is confusing to some due to the similarity of names. Both Williams, William C and William T (Bloody Bill)were near the same age and both had fathers named William. After that, the similarity ends however. They have different families as shown by a simple family history search of census records, among other records that may or may not be as readily available.
I cannot stress enough how important it can be to participate on forums such as this, to interact with other surname researchers, who may have the answer to breaking through your "brick wall".
