Thank you for sending that information--there's a lot on which to work there.

I notice Daniel CLARK had a large survey on Savannah River above Horse Creek:

Chickasaw Creek (just northwest of Due West) is mentioned in at least one online abstract--do you think he might have had a post there?

I notice he's mentioned in several plats around Terrapin Creek of Saluda River near Isaiah PEMBERTON--possibly near Saluda Old Town--maybe the area of William TURNER's Fort? ["Chappells" quadrangle USGS topo map]

Working on Daniel CLARK, I'm finding the following ANDERSON individuals:

ANDERSON, Enoch (1749 plat)
ANDERSON, Thomas (unrecorded plat on north side of Saluda)
ANDERSON, William

There is a William ANDERSON surveying around the area of Saluda River (CHAPPELL survey 1765) (Cuffytown Creek as early as 1772?); but, I don't think the colonial trader would be that man--do you?

(The only Richard ANDERSON I have so far is not a colonial one; and, he's on the Tyger River.)

I do notice one John RAE near a John TOLES--and this is the Mudlick Creek area:

I see George GALPHIN on Town Creek of New Windsor Township 1762 (in the area of TOBLER and LAMAR). (I notice he has a later one for 1,495 acres there.)

Any comments are greatly appreciated.
