"Dear foks, We got home O.K. but got caught in a storm and stopped at JOHN ANDERSON'S on R.G.(K?) old place. Til the storm stopped . North of Union Grove where it rained and the roads were heavy for about 1 mile than it was dust til the last rain came. Sorry we did not see you Emma. Gam awful tired. Note initials for road may not be R.G.? Mark on that a ? Gam also ? mark.
As far as I know John Andersen was not a relative. Related to Emma.
