I have Anders from Ireland. They have also used
Andrews-and in on case Sanders. It may be because of the hard feelings for the Irish when so many came to America.
This is what I was told concerning one Irish family who said they were from Scotland. They were likely poor also as titles and land went to the eldest son.Darlene
