DNA testing - Andrews/Anders of southeastern NC early 1800's

I am having a dna test done on my paternal Andrews line, which traces to Sampson & Duplin Counties of North Carolina in the early 1800's. To all who have Andrews or Anders ancestors which trace to this area, this would be an opportunity to prove or disprove a common paternal ancestor, for those who are willing to participate in this dna sampling. See http://www.familytreedna.com for information. I expect results from my paternal dna sampling in a couple of weeks.
My line traces to a William Andrews who was born about 1819 and who lived in Sampson County in the 1850 census, along with likely brothers James, Alfred, and Henry. I believe their father to be a James Andrews who was in the Duplin Co. NC censuses in 1820 and 1830 & 1800. Also possibly related are Abraham and Whitmell Andrews who lived in the same area (Duplin Co., NC) during the same time period and earlier.
My William married Susan Vann, daughter of James Vann and Mary Tatum, about 1845. His brother James married Cassie Ann Weeks, and Alfred married Mary Jane Weeks. James lived to be in his 90's.
