http://home.austin.rr.com/samtex/amslers.html
shows reference to "Amslers of Austin Colony" published in 1976 that mentions Charles Conrad Amsler on page 23 as 9th Generation. I have made several references to the book on the web site.

Not exactly sure how a dna would be of assistance, but I believe that I am 13th generation and I believe Charles Conrad is listed as the 9th.
Check out the details on web site and I would like to hear from you to get permission to include any information you are willing to share for the amsler's web site.

I just happen to be searching for amsler on google search and found your message.

My cousin, Frances Amsler make a special trip to Switzerland
in 50's trying to look up relatives in Schinznach, Canton Aargau Switzeerland, but never made real contact with anyone as far as I am aware.
