Amor/Amer/Eamer

Looking for a Hannah Amor born abt 1809 in Haxton or Haxon as shown on the 1851 census. Married a James Carter in 1830 in Fittleton and had nine children one of which was my Great Grandfather Thomas born in 1838.

I found a Hannah Eamer daughter of Thomas & Elizabeth Eamer baptized Feb 26 1809 in the Fittleton parish church. Would like to think this is my Hannah but the surname change bothers me even though it could have sounded the same back then. Anyone have any clues on this?
