Hi! I'm not sure I can be of any help, but I did notice a similarity regarding the name Philip Amon.
That is the name of my late grandfather, and he was born in Brooklynn too, but the one in Nova Scotia, Canada.
My fathers name is Franklynn Philip Amon, and also my little brothers.
