We are looking for the parents of Louis Trifley Meraw. He was born in 1830, in Quebec, he moved about 1846, to Hungerford Township, Hastings County, Ontario, near Tweed, where he is described as a farmer. He married about 1858, Harriett Pilon, according to his gandson, the name was spelled "Amireault". Would appreciate any info on this line.
